Management is young and inexperienced. They expect 12 hour days on salary to churn out as many reports as possible. The training is subpar and they target communities with low access to appraiser training to capitalize. They say it’s in an effort to ‘diversify the appraisal industry’ but they under pay the employees without access to appraiser training. They promise work life balance and there is none, and the management is just a glorified cattle prod. Look elsewhere
