Really great people, I really liked the CEO, nice offices, work-life balance. I really enjoyed working at Rocket Atlanta.

Cons

Needed more bodies in the ATL office, high turnover a year ago, hopefully that has changed.

CEO is passionate and approachable Strong link with IBM Marquee entertainment sponsor at IBM events

Cons

Poor brand awareness in market Products are old and infrequently updated Company squeezing existing customers but offering little for maintenance charge Growing overall maintenance revenue by acquiring redundant technology from IBM but few new sales. The company is in decline and not a good place for ambitious salespeople
