Salary is a little bit lacking

* Base salary was lower than the range based on Salary.com. * Depending on your management - being able to offer your own opinion may not be welcomed. There are certain managers that view their title in away where they won't listen to those with titles below them - even if those people have more experience on a certain matter. They often even go as far as saying or yelling "Because I said so", or "This is my team and I tell you how it's going to be." It's not conducive to a collaborative or team environment that the company prides itself on. If you're a strong woman, that seems to rub some people the wrong way - they seem to be very insecure and can't handle anyone with a different POV.
