      Questionable C-level staffing and decisions are questionable. At the executive level it's all old white men, so if you're a woman, good luck!

      Good budget to work with. You can get you job done

      Cons

      Almost all their workers are overseas. They do not hire much in the US. they are US based with no US talent. Makes it hard to work with anyone because almost no one works the same hours as you.

      You have basic benefits. They give you money.

      Cons

      If you are on any sort of modernization effort, you will get replaced in 3-5 years by someone outside the country. Rocket will call it 'Restructuring'. Bottom line: they stopped valuing Innovation and growing their Software Engineers (Developers and QA), and started valuing 'acquiring' other companies.
