      It was a supportive work environment where interns were encouraged to ask questions and learn. The company culture seems good.

      Cons

      The company is made up of mostly older people, so if you are looking for a hip, young company, this is not a good bet.

      Weak tech leadship and IT management in database tools

      Quite a few good and hard working engineers.

      1. The management of database tools lacks knowledge/experience of how to lead a technical team to achieve the goals. 2. The technical architect of database tools does not have strong technical skills. 3. Company culture is not good: husband and wife are working in the same area, overpowering the team.
