All around the worst work experience I've had. Extremely demanding for complete unachievable goals, zero care for employees, most leaders are self centered focused. People of color are highly favored over others, you will experience racism by either being completely favored or completely overlooked. Their "culture" is highly toxic and heavily forced on you, you're required to adopt all of their beliefs otherwise it's a major problem for your employment.

No room for growth, unsupportive leadership, no ones on the same page, they've made hitting numbers unattainable and then punish you for it, micromanaged & they're never transparent about anything with you. No job security whatsoever.
