Pros

Laid back environment doesn’t police your attire or manner of speech. Decent pay, good people, reputable brand, understanding employees’ needs and respecting of their time. Senior management is excellent, but middle management could use some work.

Cons

Certain departments blur the line between management and lower level employees, and structure is similar to high school cliques where an inner circle of managers quickly decide who is “in” and who isn’t. Those not included find that they are communicated with less, and their jobs are less clearly defined. Expectations are not clearly defined and are never reviewed. “Three strike policy” is not always enforced. There didn’t seem to be any room for growth.

Great products, Good benefits, Fun Christmas parties

Cons

Many known issues in procedures and events but unwilling to change the known issues. Lower management afraid to talk to upper management. When I asked for the same payment as a man that I trained, they fired me.
