      Hands on experience with company products. Great educational training available such as DFSS green belt training. 401k match up to three percent

      Cons

      Lower salary than expected for recent Electrical engineering grad, office political structure makes getting things done complicated and frustrating. Upward mobility slow

      Pros

      Very little to find pros when working 12 hour workdays consistently. Ineffective meetings most of the days fire drill mentality with false deadlines.

      Cons

      Annual layoff of staff members very similar to GE culture. Promotions not earned or based on qualifications and managers are very poor in terms of handling issues with employees. Not a place to advance if you come in from the outside. Short term position.
