      Rockwell does a good job of not making you feel like "just a number" on a day-to-day basis. But when times get a bit rough, you are definitely reminded that you indeed are a number. Business need will always com first. You come to distrust management more and more.

      Pros

      Nice facility. Was able to work remote. Employees are generally friendly. Many events and guest speakers throughout the year. Farmers market in the fall was nice.

      Cons

      Company caters to engineers everyone else is basically a nuisance. Benefits packages on a steady decline over the years best for the company not the employees.
