      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for advancement. Concern for employee inclusion and satisfaction is present. Compensation is good, performance bonus is tied to the business being successful, but there are also spot awards for those that excel!

      Cons

      Everything centers around corporate hq in Milwaukee. Not bad unless you have no interest in relocating there. For higher level positions they might consider travel.

      good work and life balance, and some times there are chanllenge works to do, the colleagues are friendly . . .

      Cons

      Compare with other companies in the same place, it is more difficult to get a higher position, the average age is not so young
