Pros
Extremely professional and friendly environment. The people are really helpful. They have excellent development programs for interns as well as new hires.
Cons
As for most of the big industrial companies, if you are stuck in one position, you end up working on similar things for most of your time. If you are not in one of the rotation programs, you hardly get to explore the wide range of services the company offers.
