      Typical large company. Many advancement opportunities if you are near the major locations or are willing to move.

      Cons

      HR has been largely outsourced so good luck having a nice personal conversation with anyone who knows your benefits well.

      Pros

      Large Company, lots of possible opportunities, annual employee surveys, trying to be PC.

      Cons

      Too large to care about departments, not alone individuals within a department. Lots of possible opportunities, except that there is so much 'CYA' going on that nothing gets accomplished. Only trying to look PC, actually more rhetoric there anything else.

      Pros

      Rockwell Automation is a smart company that knows how to retain good talent and motivate them to perform at a high level. The quality and intelligence of the people that work here is very impressive. In short, this company makes me want to be a better employee. I'm very proud to work here.

      Cons

      401K matching plan is very average and the medical plan is not as good as some of Rockwell's competitors' plans.
