      Great Organization, but, for the work-culture ........

      Pros

      Worked at Rockwell Automation ..... more than 3 years .............. Great organization ..... values ethics & compliance ....., invests a lot on resources, employee engagement, talent upgrades.

      Cons

      But, diplomacy & politics is eating into the growth .......... "Performance" takes a back seat ...... All performers are either 'forced to move on', side-lined', or, 'asked-to-leave' ......... Evident from the fact .... in 25 years existence (in India) .... never touched 1000 Cr. revenue mark.
