      Good salary (that's the only good thing i can think of....

      Cons

      Stressful work environment, extreme level of micro-management by the production managers, unfair and disrespectful company policies that violates your self-esteem.Poor communication flow within the company. High employee turn-over.

      The field sales people were the best thing about the job.

      Cons

      Way too many internal controls, to the point it didn't seem like anyone was trusted. If you are not from Wisconsin you will have a hard time advancing in the company. Bad bad bad HR practices.
