      Rockwell Automation is a great company to start a career with. They want you to develop professionally and personally.

      Pros

      The company takes interest in inclusion and diversity and has a company initiative to make all feel welcomed. The inclusion and diversity initiative touches more than just race, but all aspects of life from a persons background growing up, to a persons personal choices on how they live their personal life.

      Cons

      It seems that the company does not want to push for younger emoloyees to work outside of their home countries for at least 10 years. I think this has them run the risk of loosing great talent.

      Pros

      They pay decently well if you negotiate during your interview.

      Cons

      We're behind the industry in product development. Everything moves at the speed of Rockwell, which is SLOW. Salary increases on internal promotions are capped pretty low, so get your money on the way in. The insurance SUCKS. Take the HSA option, but even then, you're getting hosed. Grab another 5k in salary just because of how much you're going to pay for insurance. I'm serious. It's baaaaaad.

      Salt of the earth people and leadership team Clear and obtainable goals passed down to the engineering sales teams Good product and highly recognizable/repected brand

      Cons

      Lots of people change and moving around (which can also be construed as a good thing)
