      Pros

      I like the environment. My co-workers and superiors are great to work with. I believe I received great training and have access to a lot of resources if I have any questions.

      Cons

      There is a heavy work load for our department. Since we have calls always coming in it can sometimes be difficult to complete the tasks assigned.

      Pros

      Great people and excellent company culture. I genuinely feel like a contributing member and had a lot of help from the management team.

      Cons

      Benefits could be improved. The salary was a bit low. And the room for advancement in the future is not very promising.
