      think and do. your own boss if you want it that way

      None. non embedded engineers may be away from home for extended periods. Not a bad thing if you're single.

      Lot of Lunch and Learns, Global Training Opportunities, Christmas Children's Event, and Affinity Groups are all the things I enjoyed and missed at Rockwell

      Cons

      Higher insurance costs due to HDHP medical plan, incentive payout was not appealing, long hours if working in the financial field due to global time zone meetings and training.
