      Pros

      Generally it is a relaxed, but professional working environment. There is often a lot of cross collaboration. Rockwell is strong, and promotes development professionally, and allows for mobility within the company. Flex scheduling for most folks as well.

      Cons

      Can be very different working in different groups. Sometimes hard to find the person you actually need to get to for a given scenario.

      Good company to start your career with

      They provide good training for new engineers. The name Rockwell Automation and being certified on their products is great for future jobs

      Cons

      This particular position doesn't have a path to move up in the company. You have no choice but to spend 5 or more years of your career as a field service engineer. Low salary compared to industry standards
