      Pros

      High on ethics Flexibility for work/life balance Competitive salaries Management seems to really care

      Cons

      Slow on promotions Use to be above average on health care benefits, now they are ok to just be status quo Seem to be moving more to emphasis on bottom dollar at the expense of maintaining good human resources

      Pros

      Good customer base and many employees to care and service the customer base. Great company to have on your resume.

      Cons

      Benefits degraded after CEO told Wall Street they wanted to be a good company to work for, not one of the best. Too many products being brand labeled and not enough internal product development. No more "game changers" since Control Logix was released.

      Corporation with a long hstory.

      Cons

      Corporation with a long history and outdated practices. Culture of inclusion is talked about at Rockwell Automation. Salaries for employees with the same job titles and doing the same work vary widelly. Salaries are too often based on personalities versus performance. Employees who accept new roles with additional responsibilties should be compensated when the new responsiblities begin. Waiting two fiscal quarters for the title change and the compensaton is unacceptable.
