      Company is inclusive and ethical, promote diversity concretely, it gives any employee career perspective and opportunity to develop and grow, is unique in providing feedback and asking for feedback, passionate and committed to great customer experience, globally collaborate, easy access to Senior Leadership, right work-life balance

      Cons

      Not always great in communicating long term vision, the how and the why is not as important as the what, not complete balanced between US vs non US approach and culture (business, initiatives, presence....), reward and compensation could be better, not enough STIR and promotion of Global Mobility

      Pros

      Most ethical environment, fortune 500, Best automation company, provides immense growth potential

      Cons

      Career ladder shall be more effective. People are there in office holding same role/profile for 9-10 years & management is still finding out ways for next step in career, which is impacting overall growth of the employees.

      Pros

      Excellent environment to work. I enjoy working at Rockwell because I feel comfortable to give my best at work and contribute for company's growth.

      Cons

      Company is not as global and consolidated as seems to be. Departments, plants, and offices are still isolated working as silos. Complex for managing shared metrics an numbers.
