Any self-initiated learning is mocked publicly. . Public shaming and harassment by managers. Personal and confidential matters are shared loudly, creating a toxic atmosphere. . No salary hikes or financial growth for 3 years (2024, 2025, 2026). Stagnation is the norm. . HR is ineffective and easily dominated by managers. Bringing up issues only results in retaliation. . Basic work tools like headphones or a mouse require multiple follow-ups and approval. Even equipment breakdowns are blamed on employees. . Overtime work is expected without compensation, and extra hours cannot be logged or reimbursed. . No respect for personal time, with constant pressure to work outside normal hours without recognition.
