      Good for gather knowledge, increasing skills, great opportunity to learn, independent thoughts are appreciated. Good for fresher and project engineers

      Pros

      Great place to work if your an engineer. Plenty of opportunities for career progression. A lot of extra activities to get involved after work and meet new people.

      Cons

      Very Likely you may have to move in order to get a better job. Limited jobs for people not in the engineering field. Business majors may have a hard time getting a job

      Big, you can remain anonymous for a long time if that's your plan. Worked with some of the absolute smartest R&D folks I've ever known.

      Big; focused way upstream of production; slave to EPS and the market.
