      The rich get richer, the workers get screwed.

      Pros

      Most of the people that I worked with were great, and most of the time it wasn't a bad place to work.

      Cons

      Over the past several years merit increases did not keep up with inflation, and the difference in merit pay between did not meet, met, and exceeded expectations was only 0.1%. It became clear that there was no reward for extra effort. "Let no good deed go unpunished".

      Pros

      Good pay with great hours. I think that the benifits also are good. The working environment is also nice with great offices.

      Cons

      With the great hours, you need to be flexible. Weekends and night shifts might be needed in order to satisfy work requirements.

      Good opportunities to move around between regions and business. Relatively nice work environment (up until last year)

      Cons

      Lack of overall company strategy. Short sighted vision & objectives. Unwillingness to invest on product infrastructure
