      Pros

      Good team members, knowledgeable Fitness center Finally willing to make investments in technology (only because they have to)

      Cons

      Poor senior leadership Mediocre compensation Insurance premiums changing every year PwC and external contractor influence are more valued than their employees feedback and knowledge - this will be the downfall. You will not make it out of the mess your are currently in ROK. VERY unethical decisions made by management, I feel bad for the customers.

      Endless opportunities, strategic and intelligent management. Large facility with a variety of amenities, such as cafeteria, dry cleaning, post office, bank, workout room.

      Very hard working individuals. Work consumes them.
