      Pros

      Compensation for early career associate in the Midwest is great in my opinion. Opportunity to experience 3 distinct areas of the company and learn what I want to pursue. The culture is great and welcomes innovation and self improvement

      Cons

      Main campus is pretty empty still on the software engineering side You need to be highly proactive because the onboarding is very light, might not be a con but I wish I had more structure when I'm joining new teams.

      There had been so much focus on diversity and cultural of inclusion trainings

      Cons

      For a company promoting diversity, there is little diversity in management especially in senior management and executive level, all white male or very occasionally white female. The business has gone woke and getting too political.
