      Pros

      Management listens to nenw ideas if suggestions are presented properly. Co-workers on average have been there ~10 years and know the products inside and out. Bonuses based on how the company did that year, which in a good year can be very nice. Definitely a culture of inclusion. Nice benefits too.

      Cons

      Raises tend to stay in the 1% range, even on years the company did well. On years the company does not do well, raises and bonuses are cut or eliminated.
