      RA is not what it used to be

      Pros

      To date, I have survived multiple layoffs within the company including 3 in the past year.

      Cons

      Quality roles have been cut in half in the past year. Everyday is a fire drill with no end in sight. There are also headcount reductions for other departments as well. For those that were not laid off, there are voluntarily quitting because they don't want to absorb the extra work without compensation, plus not getting a raise for 2 years didn't help as well as taking away the bonus.

      Pros

      + Interesting projects + Best medical insurance ever seen (even with additional dental services) + More than 2500 employees in Katowice, most of departments are onsite, 2 factories, laboratories, offices are close to each other.

      Cons

      - many companies pays better salaries - it doesn't look nice when CEO is paying himself $ 30 mln bonus and reducing 3% of employees at the same time...

      Company does not seem interested in infrastructure investment, at least at my location. Inconsistent pay raises
