      Good company with ethical culture and solid financial position. Lots of career development opportunities, especially for those willing to take lateral as well as upward moves.

      Cons

      Many common challenges for large, publicly traded companies exist. Long term strategy and investment sacrificed for short term financial results. Old boys club culture still very present.
