      They did not seem fully ready for co-op people. It takes days to provide you a personal laptop and register you in the system.

      Pros

      I enjoyed my time working there. I got along with people very well and there was good opportunity to grow my network.

      Cons

      It is still a political, 'old school', culture. Driving meaningful change was difficult to do because of all the layers of the hierarchy.
