      You are nothing but a line item in some accountants spreadsheet and he is constantly trying to eliminate you to send your job overseas.

      Communication is poor Hierarchical structure is disappointing at times Onboarding was left to my team to handle but there should be a centralised induction (more than the 3 hour call we join on culture!)
