Pros
Culture of Diversity and Inclusion, Pockets of Good Remote Work Practices, Awesome technology - They are good at what they do and have very interesting products to work on. Excellent 401k benefits, Good work life balance with Flex hours
Cons
Pockets of Poor Remote Work Practices, Continuous Training is not as big a priority as I think it should be, Worst health insurance benefit I have ever had, They are still trying to master software development processes. They are moving to agile methodologies, but haven't figured it out yet.
