Pros

Decades ago, the company was more open to hardware design innovation. More recently, we had been constrained to tweaking existing master hardware platform designs, which still allows for a certain level of adopting new technologies. Very liberal vacation policy. Good in-house perks in Mayfield Heights like the Fitness Center and the decent but not great cafeteria.

Cons

You can have a lifetime career here, but once you are 50+, Management assumes "Nobody else will hire this guy" and they will placate you with 2% or 3% annual increases if you are good enough to avoid a layoff, while you work towards your planned retirement age.
