Very smart people working cooperatively to solve problems. Excellent work/life balance, very flexible hours and vacation policy. Strong corporate culture of ethical behavior and diversity. This is not the white bread midwestern Allen-Bradley of the 1980s. Dual career path Engineering and Management means you don't have to be a manager to make a good salary. Competitive salary and benefits, 401K match, newer building in a suburban campus-like environment. In house fitness center, decent cafeteria.

Cons

Pressure to get a new product out the door. Projects are sometimes inadequately staffed and those assigned have to work overtime to meet an artificially imposed ship date. "New productivity tools" often impede rather than advance productivity.
