lots of ongoing projects, high energy office, lots of motivated coworkers. David Rockwell is a genuinely kind and interested person who wants to get to know his staff, and this is quite motivating. lots of office-wide and team-wide social events. people like their jobs. working in hospitality/interiors means product vendors bring you free stuff and free food.

Cons

Some of the projects are more interested than others. project managers handle a lot of stress, because deadlines and client needs can be erratic. younger designers get restaffed often based on project needs. overtime is sporadic and can be high, especially in schematic design. the expectation is to be in the office at least 4, maybe 5 days a week depending on your role. I'm definitely stressed but not quitting yet..
