Good people but financially challenging

Colleagues are very good here. People work hard and the school culture and students are great.

Cons

Financially the school relies upon tuition and has a small endowment. Faculty work really hard, teach full loads in addition to advising, serving on committees and providing service. Administration is disconnected from faculty and hasn’t created a shared mission.
