Opportunity to pick your own hours, cool boss, satisfaction of creating great experiences for students, opportunity to learn various audio video or sound tech, great exercise

Cons

Sometimes no work is available because hours are given on seniority basis (could be a pro if you have worked there 3+ years), work is primarily weekends and late nights (sometimes ending 12-2am)
