You get the good, but have to put up with the BAD

Pros

The benefits package is very good. Medical, dental, vision, Rx, life insurance all 100% pd for by the company. And the coverages on all of the insurances is very good as well.

Cons

Inconsistency between managers, People that are not managers like to act like they are and treat people like they are their boss when they really are NOT. One person will tell you one way to do something and the next will tell you a different way, and there is NO communication between them therefore causing annimosity amongst the staff

Cons

No scope for career development. When hiring, they would mention explicitly that there are no career paths for Appln Engr Purely sales driven Salary not competitive as per market Turned the corner from being family driven to a cutthroat American sales firm focused on just numbers. No longer the R&S that everyone knew from the yesteryears.
