Training. It’s terrible. Management always changing schedule hours. They are quiet about raises. Insurance isn’t the best. They have favorites. Nobody can make up their mind.

Small company, not much room for growth. Management does not balance work load properly nor provides enough training and tools for one to fully succeed. Medical insurance cost is high, pay is average and could be better along with the amount of vacation time they offer. They are slow at getting things accomplished corporate wide and not all the plants are on the same page as far as internal processes and training
