you must follow strict corporate protocol other wise there will be consequences however these rules are in place for a reason

There are many good, hard-working, and knowledgable employees. Always challenging, never dull.

Cons

Ther is a high turn over of employees. Issues with some senior management. Tense work environment. Many managers are over-worked. A balance between work and home is difficult for many managers.
