      Pros

      Rokt has a great company culture and an amazing London team which makes working here very enjoyable and rewarding. Rokt is very well established in America and is continuing this growth across EMEA making it a great place for ambitious and hardworking people wanting to make an impact. In terms of compensation Rokt has a good base salary and an attractive commission structure together with a very good product to sell. There are also many benefits like flexibility/remote working options, 4 weeks of work from anywhere, weekly team lunches, monthly activities, health insurance, wellness benefits like free gym allowance and phone allowance etc.

      - Working with very intelligent people - Everyone is always willing to help one another (collaborative) - Everyday is a hustle and you’re challenged to do better

      Cons

      As it’s a global company, the meetings at times which don’t suit everyone can be difficult but not a massive con.

      Rapid growth with challenges

      Pros

      Rokt is growing very fast - consistently hitting revenue targets even during Covid, as well as hiring a LOT of roles (especially in R&D). This speed of growth makes it a fact-paced, high impact sort of place - so it won't suit everybody. But there are definitely opportunities if you're willing to get stuck in. Benefits are good, salaries are well benchmarked and there's quite a lot of other benefits including training and technology allowance, as well as free lunches. There's a lot of smart people working for the business and lots of opportunity to learn. The company has also made some good hires over the past year to help drive scale. Currently going through a strategy reset that will help drive the company towards IPO. This means lots of opportunity, but also means that some people who have been with the business a while will inevitably leave.

      Cons

      Staff turnover feels high. This is probably due to a needed change in mix of people as the company scales, as well as inconsistency in hiring. The timezone difference between the Sydney and New York offices can mean long hours and late nights / early mornings on both sides. Rapid growth means that sometimes some people get a bit left behind, especially if they don't have a strong manager who's good a leading people.
