We truly believe our people are our greatest asset and we want to make sure they feel heard, understood and cared for. We agree - we are a very fast paced growing business and it is at times difficult to plan and anticipate a full year (sometimes quarter) in advance. We understand this might cause a sense of ‘chaos’ but we also embrace this as we go through an accelerated growth period.
