The fact that we’re all shareholders makes the success feel personal. • Ahead of the curve - Rokt has been investing in ML and AI for over 12 years, staying obsessed with innovations that matter in the long run rather than chasing trends. • Prioritizes in-person connections - Whether it’s our Global Kickoff (GKO), inter-office travel opportunities, our 4-day office requirement, or marketing events, the company genuinely believes in the power of being together in person, which I really value.
