Culture may not be for everyone but what you see is what you get. - Huge investments in people through events, food, etc. - Has and maintains high standards

- Constantly changing. Comes with the territory of hyper-growth but can be a lot to process and navigate. - Category & product value prop can be a little confusing at first to potential clients & partners.

- one of the highest salaries in Sydney for SWE - good sport/education budget - catered lunches in the office - lots of opportunities to travel for work around the world - about 30 days of paid annual leave a year + a week of paid global kick off abroad - you work with the best talent - open pay policy so you know how much everyone is paid - generous benefits - growth opportunities with granular career ladder - generous stock package with great growth potential - Christmas and birthday gifts etc

Cons

- difficult to get in - interviews are lengthy and very difficult - average parental policy with 4 months of leave - very poor gender balance and diversity programs overall
