      - High caliber talent in a very high performance culture - Great benefits (fully covered healthcare, $5K professional development budget, Wellness budget etc...) - Most transparent org I've ever experienced; fully transparent salaries and career ladders of everyone in the entire org and what you'd be making for every level above your own - Annual company shut down and global all hands trip around the world - Equity that is actually worth something! - Free catered lunch every day and a great office environment

      Cons

      - If you're not a fan of change or fast moving organizations scare you this is not the place for you - Top execs get involved at the very micro level sometimes which could probably be better owned by the individual leaders of those depts - Secondary parent / paternity leave could be better
