I've been at Rokt for a few years now and have seen it change quite a bit over that time as the company is growing at a rapid pace. The best thing about working here is being able to be a part of that change. The experience you'll get here is unlike anywhere else because you'll be thrown into new challenges and directions (a lot), all of which will only help you to learn and grow faster. Rokt can be a tough place to work, that is true because the work we're doing and what we're solving is not easy and we don't always have the answers, but it is absolutely rewarding. Working with customers and solving problems for them that no other company can is really exciting. The people here are also some of the smartest people I've ever worked with. Every level of employee here has something to add and surrounding yourself with smart people will again challenge you, but also improve how you approach and solve problems. If you are looking for a job that can stretch you to reach your full potential, this is a place for you. You can truly expedite your career here if you lean into learning new things and enjoy the ride.

I've never grown so much as a professional in any other company. Rokt has challenged me to be my absolute best and although sometimes challenging, has been incredibly rewarding. I'm blown away by the quality of talent I get to work alongside, particularly in the product & tech side of the org, that have helped me strive to deliver my best work. Pay and benefits are on par with other world class companies, the office is actually an environment I enjoy and want to come into everyday (brand new, prime SoHo location, 5 healthy meals with lots of variety weekly, buzzy and energetic). The executive team is one of the more diverse senior teams I have worked with.
