      - Great product and product market fit - Transparent culture and policies - Right idea wins - Strong efforts/commitment to drive DE&I, with ramping results - Clear vision for the future that is consistent and well-articulated

      Cons

      Experiencing some issues with scale but it's classic Rule of 180 as the company gets bigger, some of the executive team can't be across everything and starts to feel "bigger company".

      Rokt has a great work culture with a super contagious energy. Tthe energy definitely creates a super vibrant atmosphere and motivated and workforce. Its collaborative environment is a great part about working here. Individuals across various departments consistently display a remarkable willingness to work together.

      Nothing bad to say, really enjoy the team I work on and it's been a great experience!

      - Colleagues were smart and passionate - Great pay! - Great Benefits! - Good career growth opportunities if you want to pursue it. - Leadership helped me grow professionally...pointed out ways for me to think more critically about my work and see the bigger picture.

      Cons

      - Hard work - Constructive criticism was tough to hear, but it came in the form of "tough love"...so I understand the reasoning.
