      make one single mistake and management will have you questioning your intelligence before the day is up 'favoritism' isn't even the right word, there are sales reps that have been 0% to quarterly quota and protected by management if you're an SDR, you will NOT be promoted

      The free lunches and snacks.

      Cons

      Senior leadership and people leaders are too inexperienced for the most part, having been promoted too quickly or placed in roles due to favoritism. This has led to very erratic decision making and poor choices across the board. Don't bother if you're not Australian and have personal connections to the other australians at this company.
