      - Everyone is really kind, helpful, and excited to be here - Beautiful office in SoHo NYC - Interesting problems to solve on the engineering team, and very smart peers to work with and learn from - Lots of fun opportunities to engage with coworkers (lunches, outings, ERGs, etc)

      - Sometimes late hours due to teams split between NYC/Sydney

      The people who work here are very talented.

      Cons

      The negative reviews have many 20-50 upvotes each. The positive reviews usually have fewer than 5. This implies that there is deep discontent about the company. I believe this is because Rokt pushes its values very aggressively; people who do not agree feel marginalised and alienated. If you do not think you can go 100% along with what the company wants you to be, then I do not recommend working here.

      High pace, but great growth perspectives

      Pros

      Definitely the highest paced company I've joined. The structure makes it super agile, but it takes a lot to keep up. But it's justified by the growth that keeps beating expectations, besides our size, and I think that's what rallies us all behind a same goal.

      Cons

      I find hard to keep up sometimes and would appreciate more regular feedbacks to know where I stand
