      Pros

      - Great office and perks: dog friendly, great food, nice open layout - AMAZING people; some of the best people I've worked with; everyone definitely "raises the bar: - Fast-paced work; always keeps you busy and makes you feel like you're growing and developing (on your own) - Great product; love what we work for and towards; happy clients/customers - Global company - Vaccine requirements: makes me feel safe since we have to come in office

      Cons

      - Need more diversity in employees - No training/development/mentoring; always have to reach out and take initiative on your own - Mandatory days in office - Senior leaders don't always address the "big issues" (i.e. safety in commuting, COVID, diversity initiatives, etc)

      Great place to work

      Pros

      Great office. Better people. Vibrant culture that embraces risk-taking while appreciating individual+team success. In the midst of the pandemic, leadership has remained flexible and put the safety of staff at the forefront, while continuing to scale a business who's trajectory only appears to be going up. It's still a business, but it's great to see an organization who values the people (in word and in action) which make it a great place to work.

      Cons

      Diversity could be better (and it is on the come-up). The work-life harmony can always be better, but people managers are open to understanding your needs and keeping burn-out to a minimum (if not non-existent). Not a con, but it's nice to finally see a company who takes mental health and self-awareness seriously. If you're in need of a 9-5 where everyday looks the same; I would not recommend working here. Days are dynamic and the environment can be fast-paced at times. Between Series E and IPO, this team still moves quickly and the expectation is to meet (if not exceed) goals as we continue marching forward. Likewise, the workload is well-shared here and if you need a break; your co-workers are ready and willing share that load with you as the team mentality is a big deal here.

      Literally such a GREAT place to work

      Pros

      + Super human: people really care about one another - and in all the tech companies I have worked for, or companies in any industry, this is the first one where people's needs are considered beyond their job. + Flexible working - being able to work from home and office allows me to be the best I can be in both worlds, but also when I have travelled to visit family interstate I can work from there too. + Whilst being fast paced, there are lots of opportunities to get involved in interesting projects that extend and grow you - professional development is encouraged with a generous allowance to support my learning journey. + LOVE LOVE LOVE the food, events and fun stuff; there are people that are dedicated for creating the best experiences for all of us from when we were working remotely (receiving Valentine's Day Chocolate Smash Box) to amazing in house lunches, great snacks and fun activities. + I can see myself staying at Rokt for a long time as the people are so great and I can see different possibilities for me to grow in my career.

      Cons

      + the timezones can be a little challenging at times but now that we are much more used to working remotely due to COVID we are much better at collaborating across the oceans. + this is a pro and a con - with the company growing so quickly there is so much opportunity but can sometimes feel overwhelming - but this comes with the territory and I love this type of pace - if you are looking for a tick and flick role this is not for you.
