-cross pond work life balance, though this is continuously improving each day

- Rokt is fast paced, so it is a great place to grow quickly - The compensation structure is very transparent and seems incredibly fair - The people who work at Rokt are amazing- all incredibly smart, outgoing, passionate, personable - Great benefits- 401k, free lunches, company trips, generous PTO

Cons

- Because the company is growing so quickly, changes are made very frequently which can cause frustration
